Complete a checklist in Form View
Form View puts answer fields together on one screen. Use it for inspections, intake lists, and other checklists where you record information instead of simply checking off steps. A real estate listing checklist, for instance, can keep property and contact details together in one form.

Fill in the form
Scroll through the tasks and enter or select each answer. The routine or template may provide fields for text, numbers, dates, choices, ratings, and other input. Task names and notes tell you what to enter.
A required field needs a valid answer before the step can be completed. If a value does not meet the field's rules, correct it and finish editing to save it.
Signature and drawing fields may temporarily stop the page from scrolling so your gesture stays inside the field.
Use the header controls
Use the view switcher to open another available view of the same checklist. The checklist menu contains the actions available in Form and Play views, such as opening the original template or deleting the checklist.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is an answer control unavailable?
Your app version may not support that field type. Update the app or switch to another available view. Contact the checklist owner if the routine or template needs to be changed.
Why did a task complete after I answered it?
For some tasks, saving a valid answer also completes the step. Clearing the answer can reopen it.
