Close your account

Closing your account is different from leaving a team or canceling a subscription. Review the information in the confirmation dialog before continuing.

Request account closure

1. Open My account and stay on the Profile tab.
2. Select Close account.
3. Read the account closure information and enter the requested feedback.
4. Review any subscription warning and confirm only if you want to continue.

Before confirming

Cancel any active subscriptions before closing your account. Closing your account does not cancel a subscription for you. You can find billing under your organization's Plan tab. If you only want to stop notifications, leave a team, or update your details, you do not need to close your account.
