Navigate the mobile app
Use the main menu to move between your dashboard, checklists, routines, teams, history, search, sync, settings, and help. It opens as a drawer on a phone and appears as a navigation rail on a larger screen.
Main destinations
- Dashboard summarizes useful work for the team you are viewing.
- Create starts a blank checklist or routine, or lets you choose a public template.
- Checklists shows active checklists and folders. It also provides access to Trash while online.
- Routines contains reusable steps that you can run to create new checklists.
- Teams lets you switch teams and manage people when you have permission.
- History provides quick access to recently opened checklists.
- Search finds checklist and task content in the selected team.
- Sync shows connection and pending-change information.
- Settings contains app preferences, notifications, subscription details, and account access.
- Help opens documentation and feedback choices.
Some areas require an account, team membership, a particular plan, or an internet connection. If an item is unavailable, the message in the app explains what you need.
Check the selected team
Most lists, search results, dashboard widgets, routines, and settings belong to the selected team. If something seems to be missing, check the team before creating it again.
