Work with teams and sharing
A team keeps a group of checklists, routines, and people together. The team you select determines what you see across most of the app, including the dashboard.

Understand roles
- An owner manages the organization, its plan, and its most important settings.
- A member can create checklists, use routines, receive assignments, and use schedules included in the plan.
- A guest can work only in checklists shared with them.
People & Sharing lists members, guests, and pending invitations. The actions you see depend on your role, the plan, and whether you are managing your own access or someone else's.
Team access versus checklist access
Joining a team does not give someone access to every private checklist. Each checklist owner decides whether to share it with specific people or the whole team. After inviting someone to the team, add them to the checklists they need.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I see different checklists after switching teams?
Each team has its own checklists, routines, and access. Switch back to the team where the checklist belongs.
Why can another team member not see my checklist?
Add that person or the whole team through the checklist's Members menu. Team membership alone does not make every checklist visible.
