Use task suggestions

Suggestions can help when a checklist is missing a few steps. Review the proposed tasks before deciding which ones belong in your work.

Review suggested steps

1. Open a checklist or template that offers task suggestions.
2. Look through the proposed steps and add any that are useful.
3. Skip suggestions that don't apply.
4. Use the setting to show or hide suggestions when that option is available.

Not the same as the Wizard

Task Suggestions proposes additional steps. The task Wizard looks for resources related to an existing task. Suggestions depend on the checklist or source template and your permission to add tasks; they are not inserted automatically.
