Add task notes and attachments

Attach instructions and supporting files directly to the task that needs them. Teammates can then find the information while doing the work.

Add notes or files

1. Open the task's details panel.
2. Select Notes to write or update the instructions.
3. Use the attachments control to add a file when that option is available.
4. Return to the task to confirm the note or file appears as expected.

Instructions, evidence, and signatures

Task attachments support the work. In Play, an Evidence action lets someone attach proof of a step they performed. A Signature answer is different again: it asks the person completing a Form or Play step to sign. Keep each item in the place where people will need it.
