Add several tasks at once

If you already have a list of steps, you can paste them together or choose a file instead of creating each task separately.

Add a group of tasks

1. Open a checklist or template editor.
2. Select the multiple-task button beside the task entry field.
3. Paste the tasks into the editor, with one step per line, or select Choose File.
4. Review the result and select the add action to save the tasks.

Smart import

Smart can turn unstructured text into tasks and help identify answer types. Review the results before saving them. Pasting a simple task list is available on Free. For checklists, Smart and file imports require a paid plan; these import options are also available when editing templates on Free.
