Use Form view

Form view presents tasks as questions or fields. It works well for an inspection, an application, or other work where someone must record answers.

Fill out a checklist in Form view

1. Open a checklist that supports Form and select it from the view menu.
2. Read each question and enter the requested answer.
3. Select a task to see its details if you need more information.
4. Continue until you have completed the required work.

Why the answers may differ

The template or checklist determines which questions appear and what type of answer each accepts. You may see a choice, number, date, file, or signature instead of a simple checkbox.
