Manage subscriptions and billing

The Subscription card in Settings shows the plan for the organization that owns the selected team. A paid plan applies to that organization; it does not automatically apply to every organization on your account.

The Subscription card and plan options

Check your plan and available features

Free includes Checklist's core features. Plus and Family add premium features, and Family is intended for the owner plus up to five members. Pro billing is managed on the web. Enterprise plan changes are handled through the organization's agreement.

If a feature needs another plan, Checklist shows which plan is required and can open the available choices. Only the organization owner can buy an upgrade. The app or store shows the current prices, billing periods, trials, and eligibility for your account and region.

Manage or restore a purchase

Apple or Google bills subscriptions bought in the mobile app. Manage cancellation or renewal changes in your device's Apple or Google subscription settings. A purchase may stay pending until the store confirms it.

Use Restore purchases to connect an existing mobile purchase to the appropriate organization. Restoring does not charge you again. It may be unavailable if the purchase is linked to another organization, the organization already has an active mobile subscription, or you are not the owner.

If activation fails

Keep the store receipt, try Restore purchases, and retry after reconnecting. If the purchase-received dialog offers Sync subscription, use it to retry verification. If the store confirms payment but Checklist cannot verify it, contact billing support. Include the app version, user ID, organization name, store, and approximate purchase time. Never send your password or full payment-card number.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my paid plan shown on another organization?

A mobile subscription can be linked to one organization. Switch to a team in that organization or contact support before trying to buy it again.

Does deleting the app cancel a subscription?

No. Manage cancellation through Apple, Google, or the web billing system that sold the plan.
