Change your password or email address

Use the Security tab to update your sign-in email or password.

Update your sign-in details

1. Open My account and select Security.
2. To change your password, enter your current password and a new one, then submit the change.
3. To change your email, enter the new address and follow any verification instructions sent to you.

If a change doesn't go through

Read the message shown beside the field. A password change may require your current password, and an email change may require you to confirm the new address. Keep using your existing sign-in details until the change is confirmed.
