Respond to team invitations
Open Pending invitations from Teams to review requests to join another team. Accept an invitation you expect, or decline one you do not recognize or need.
Review an invitation
Check the team name and the signed-in email address shown with the invitation. Make sure you are signed in with the email address that received it; another Checklist account may not be able to respond.
- Accept invitation joins the team with the access you were offered. The team then appears in mobile navigation.
- Decline invitation removes the invitation without joining.
You need an internet connection to accept or decline. An invitation may disappear if the sender cancels it, the team is removed, or you already responded on another device.

Why is an invitation missing?
Confirm that you are signed in with the invited email address and online. The invitation may also have been cancelled or already accepted on another device.
Can I leave later?
Yes, if the team's ownership rules allow it. Leaving removes your access, and you cannot undo the action yourself.
