Configure Play steps and timers

Play settings can guide someone through timed activities, repeated sets, or a sequence of steps. Use only the controls that fit the activity.

Set up an activity

1. Open a template that uses Play.
2. Select a task and open its Play settings.
3. Set a timer, sets, repetitions, or rest period if needed.
4. Choose whether subtasks are grouped or played in sequence.
5. Save the changes and test them by starting a new run.

Template defaults and individual tasks

You can set Play defaults for the template and override them for individual tasks. A timer or rest period isn't useful for every checklist, so leave unnecessary settings off.
