Checklist views

Views let you work with the same tasks in different ways. Start with List for simple checklists, then switch views when you need more structure.

• Choose the available views
• Use Table view and manage custom columns
• Use Board view for tasks moving through stages
• Use Notes view for card-style task notes
• Use Form view to record answers
• Use Play view for guided steps and timers

Switching views doesn't create another checklist. The options you see depend on the checklist settings and your access.
