Manage several checklists at once

When several checklists need the same change, select them together instead of opening them one by one.

Select checklists and apply an action

1. Open Checklists and select Select above the list.
2. Tick the checklists you want to change. The selection toolbar shows how many you've chosen.
3. Choose an available action, such as Assign, Move, or Archive.
4. Review any confirmation, then exit selection mode when you're finished.

Some items may be skipped

The toolbar only enables actions you can perform. If an item is archived or you don't have the required access, it may not be eligible for a bulk change. Check the result before assuming every selected checklist was updated.
