Find and filter templates

The Templates page lists the reusable checklists in your selected team. Use it to find a process to run or update.

Find a template

1. Select Templates in the left menu.
2. Search by name, or narrow the list by Folder, Starts, View, or favorites.
3. Select the template name to open its editor.
4. Use the runs icon to see checklists created from that template.

Favorites and the public library

Marking a template as a favorite requires both team-admin and organization-admin access. To find public templates, choose Browse Template Library. Public templates are separate from your team's templates.
