Find your checklists
Open Checklists from the main menu to see checklists in the selected team. Use folders to keep related checklists together, or History to return to something you opened recently.
Browse checklists and folders
The Checklists pane groups the items you can access. Expand a folder or tap a checklist to open it. The mobile Checklists pane does not include an archived-items view.
You will see someone else's checklist only if they shared it with you or the whole team. Switching teams also changes the folders and checklists in the list.
Use History
Open History to return to recently viewed checklists without finding their folders again. These are shortcuts to the original checklists, not copies. Clearing History removes the shortcuts but does not delete anything.
Find deleted checklists
While online, open Trash from the Checklists pane to see checklists that may still be restored. You must be a member of the selected team. See Restore deleted checklists.

Why is a checklist missing?
Check the selected team, expand the expected folder, and try History. Archived checklists are not available from the mobile Checklists pane. If the checklist was deleted, check Trash. You must still have access to open a shared checklist.
Does clearing History delete anything?
No. It only clears the list of recently opened checklists.
