Choose task and answer types

A Form or Play template can ask for an answer instead of only a checkbox. Choose the right type of response while preparing the steps.

Match the question to the answer

Use a number for measurements and a choice when answers should come from a fixed list. Availability depends on the template's enabled views. Keep answer labels and instructions clear to the person doing the work.
