How Does Pricing work?
We offer 4 pricing plans. When you join Checklist, you are immediately enrolled in the FREE plan. Pricing is based on the plan you are subscribed to and the number of users (members) your organization has in total. Based on the number of users you are subscribed to, we make monthly charges to your payment form.
Which plan is right for me?
You can choose from the 4 pricing plans as follows: Free: This is for single-user personal usage. It offers all the features of a modern Checklist/ To Do app. Standard: This is for Power Users who are looking for more functionality Pro: Build for team(s) wishing to boost their productivity and automate their business processes via checklists Enterprise: The plan for companies requiring more Compliance features (e.g. audit trails, discussions).
Who counts as a user for billing
We count the total number of users who are not guests in your organization. If any user is a member of multiple teams within the same organization, we only count them once.
Who is considered to be a 'Guest'
A guest is any user who has NO roles within the organization.
How does the FREE Trial work?
If you wish to try Checklist Pro or Enterprise, you can do so on a free trial basis (14 days). From the Organization page click on the Trial button and your account will be automatically enrolled. No credit card is required. Once the trial is over, unless you upgrade, you will be automatically rolled back to the Free account. During the trial, you will have access to all Pro features except for the increased quotas (e.g. storage). If you did not have enough time to test Checklist, please contact us and we will try to assist.
How and when can I cancel?
To cancel your billed plan, simply go to the Organization page and click on the Cancel button. You can do so at any time and we will not make any further charges to your account. Your account will remain on the paid plan for the remained paid duration.
How can I change the number of users in my subscription
How does the storage quota work
We count the total storage usage across your organization. This includes the checklists, tasks and any attachments. We then compare this usage to the organization quota which is the number of users you are subscribed to multiplied by the plan user allowance. If your usage exceeds this quota at any time, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to either remove some usage (e.g. delete checklists or attachments) or upgrade. To increase storage quota, either increase the number of users on your subscription or upgrade to a higher plan.
Which forms of payment do you accept
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express. Enterprise accounts with more than 100 users can pay via wire transfer. Please contact us to arrange this.
Can I change my plan?
You can always make changes to your plan (type or number of users). We will re-calculate your monthly fee and put any existing credit towards the new plan or make an additional charge for the difference. Changes take place immediately.
