Search checklists and tasks

Use Search when you remember a word from a checklist, task, or task note but cannot remember where to find it.

Search for work

1. Open the main menu and select Search.
2. Enter a word or phrase from the item.
3. Review the matching checklists and tasks.
4. Tap a result to open its checklist. A task result takes you to the checklist that contains it.

Search checks the names of accessible checklists and tasks, as well as task notes, in the selected team. It does not search other teams, private work you cannot access, or the help documentation.

Get better results

Try a distinctive word instead of a broad term such as “list.” If a phrase returns no results, search for one important word and check that you selected the right team.
