Get help and share feedback

Open help when you want to learn how a screen works, request a feature, or report a problem that needs a reply.

The Help and feedback menu

Choose the right option

  • Tap a ? button to open the guide for the screen or menu you are using.
  • Choose Documentation for the mobile feature library.
  • Choose I Luv Checklist, then Thanks!, to review the app in your device's store.
  • Choose Feature Request to explain an improvement you would like.
  • Choose Report Issue when something is not working as expected.

Feature requests and issue reports open a checklist.com contact page with the subject already selected. For an issue, describe the steps you took, what you expected, and what happened. Never include passwords, private links, or sensitive checklist content.

Help and contact links may include the app name, platform, version, build, language, the screen where you asked for help, and your user ID. These details help support understand your setup, but you should still describe the problem in your own words.

Help pages need an internet connection. If the app knows you are offline, it keeps you in the app and asks you to reconnect.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I report an issue instead of reading help?

Read the relevant guide if you are unsure how something works. Report an issue when Checklist behaves differently from the guide or keeps failing.

Will support see my checklist contents automatically?

No. The link includes details about the app and your device, not a copy of your checklists. Share only the non-sensitive information needed to explain the problem.
