Student Registration and Welcome Checklist
Table of Contents
Introduction
Use this internal staff workflow to complete approved registration administration and prepare a student’s first-day welcome. Record the case reference, responsible administrator, verification statuses and joining arrangements, then confirm the welcome was received or that follow-up has an owner.
Use the institution’s official enrollment pathway. The saved checklist contains separate starter checks for the enrollment record, institution-required documents and contact-record readiness; adapt them before use. Student documents and private circumstances remain in the approved restricted system.

Details
Each answer represents one administrative check or handoff. The institution defines its requirements and decisions; this checklist records the work without duplicating the student’s record.
A missing document goes to the authorized exception process. Keep its review visible and assign next steps without treating an unchecked task as a reason to deny enrollment.
Who it's for
How to use
- Save a Checklist for one internal case or a reusable staff Template. Restrict access before recording a permitted case reference.
- Open Play and complete the case, pathway and owner fields. List gives the full workflow. Questions begin blank.
- Adapt the labeled verification examples to the institution’s requirements. Verify records in the official system and route missing information through the authorized exception process.
- Confirm the allocation, joining date and necessary arrangements. Check joining time, route, materials and question contact separately before sending the approved welcome.
- Record welcome receipt or follow-up, then give outstanding first-day logistics an accepted owner and review time. The checklist does not make an admissions decision or send messages.
