One reply per invitation

Ask the person replying to use the name on their invitation and enter the number attending, including themselves. The total should stay within the host's invitation. Email and questions for the host are optional.

Set up the response link

Saving this Template gives you the questions in Form view. It does not create a public RSVP link. Configure public intake separately and check where submissions are stored and who can read them.

Before sharing the link, add the event name, date, location and reply deadline to its introduction. Test attending, not attending and undecided replies.

Draft awaiting public-intake verification. Do not present the saved template or public catalogue preview as a working guest-response link.

Who it's for

Hosts collecting attendance responses for a personal event, after configuring a suitable public intake.

How to use

  1. Save the Template and review the questions.
  2. Add your event details and permitted party size in the host setup.
  3. Configure the separate public intake flow; saving the Template alone does not enable it.
  4. Make test submissions and verify that responses are stored privately and correctly.
  5. Share only the tested intake link with invited guests.

RSVP Form Frequently Asked Questions

Does saving the template create an RSVP link?

No. Public intake needs separate setup and a test submission before you share it with guests.

Is one reply for one person or one party?

One invited party. The person replying enters the total attending, including themselves.

Where should guests mention private dietary or access needs?

They should contact the host directly rather than entering sensitive details in this form.

Can guests see other replies?

That depends on the intake and workspace setup. Keep responses private and test access before sending the link.
