Find the Tokyo experiences worth planning around

Fantasyland pairs Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast with Pooh’s Hunny Hunt, classic story rides and the Haunted Mansion. Tomorrowland offers Monsters, Inc. Ride & Go Seek!, The Happy Ride with Baymax and Star Tours. Shared characters do not make these copies of one another: moving teacups, flashlight interaction and swinging vehicles produce very different experiences.

Adventureland includes the Western River Railroad, Jungle Cruise and Pirates of the Caribbean. Westernland and Critter Country add Big Thunder Mountain, river transport, canoe paddling and Splash Mountain. The descriptions help distinguish a boat used for scenery or transport from one that ends with a substantial drop.

Use the park’s own requirements

Tokyo height requirements are presented in centimetres where published. Read the boarding details as well as the number: age, accompaniment, seating and other requirements can matter. Do not substitute a remembered rule from another Disney park just because the attraction name is familiar.

Record earlier rides without losing the new ones

The original Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear’s Astro Blasters, Grand Circuit Raceway and other retired experiences remain in the list. Space Mountain: Earthrise and Sugar Rush: Sweet Rescue are separate upcoming entries. They do not inherit a checkmark from their predecessors.

Visiting with young children

Children under 7 need a companion aged 16 or older to board attractions. Height is only one requirement; check the individual entry and follow posted boarding instructions.

Keep Tokyo DisneySea separate

Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea are two parks at Tokyo Disney Resort. Use the Tokyo DisneySea rides checklist for Fantasy Springs, Journey to the Center of the Earth and its other experiences. A visit to one park does not complete the other’s ride collection.

Explore the Disney parks worldwide checklist to track which parks you have visited and find your next ride list.

Before your visit, plan bookings and logistics with the Disney vacation checklist and use the Disney packing checklist for what to bring.

Who it's for

Tokyo Disney Resort travelers, families comparing Japanese park requirements, and returning guests tracking classic rides alongside new chapters.

How to use

  1. Check the experiences you have already tried, then save your checklist to keep your progress.
  2. Use the table fields to compare the experiences that interest you. Open a name for its description and additional details.
  3. Keep completed visits separate from future plans: a tick records an experience you have done, not a reservation or a live operating status.
  4. Choose Save & Compare to create a group with friends or family. Everyone updates their own checklist, so you can compare progress without changing each other’s answers.
  5. Return to your saved checklist after your visit and check off your new experiences. Keep earlier completions when an attraction closes or is replaced.

Tokyo Disneyland Rides Checklist Frequently Asked Questions

Are Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea the same park?

No. They are separate parks at Tokyo Disney Resort. This list covers Tokyo Disneyland; Tokyo DisneySea has its own checklist and ride lineup.

Which Beauty and the Beast ride is in Tokyo Disneyland?

Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast uses dancing teacup vehicles through musical story scenes. It is a separate experience from the teacup spinner Alice’s Tea Party.

Is Splash Mountain included in Tokyo Disneyland?

Yes. The Tokyo Disneyland Splash Mountain experience is listed in Critter Country. Do not infer its status from changes to similarly named rides in other Disney parks.

Which Space Mountain should I mark as completed?

Mark the original Space Mountain if that is the version you rode. The announced Space Mountain: Earthrise is a separate upcoming entry and should not inherit your earlier completion.

Why are the minimum heights shown in centimetres?

The Tokyo source requirements use centimetres. Use the park’s published thresholds and boarding details rather than treating rounded conversions or another park’s rules as interchangeable.
