Start with the right Paris park

Disneyland Paris is the resort; this checklist covers Disneyland Park, the castle park. The neighboring Disney Adventure World has its own lineup and its own rides checklist. Keeping them separate makes it easier to choose where to spend your time.

Explore five different settings

Fantasyland brings together story rides such as Blanche-Neige et les Sept Nains, Les Voyages de Pinocchio and Peter Pan’s Flight, plus boats, a carousel and spinning teacups. Discoveryland mixes Autopia, Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast, Orbitron and the two Star Wars experiences.

Frontierland has Big Thunder Mountain, Phantom Manor and the Thunder Mesa riverboat. Adventureland adds Pirates of the Caribbean and Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril. Main Street transport and the Disneyland Railroad offer another way to experience the park. The railroad’s stations belong to one ride entry rather than separate completions.

Do not assume a familiar name means an identical ride

Paris versions have their own movement and requirements. Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril is a coaster with an inversion, not the vehicle adventure found in some other Disney parks. Hyperspace Mountain is a launched coaster, while Star Tours is a motion simulator. Read the local description rather than relying on a ride name you recognize from another trip.

Visiting with young children

Plan for children under 7 to ride with someone aged 15 or older or a responsible adult; park rules allow unaccompanied children to be refused boarding. Height is only one requirement, so also follow each attraction’s posted instructions.

Keep memories as the park changes

Retired entries include Indian Canoes, River Rogue Keelboats, Les Pirouettes du Vieux Moulin and the original Star Tours. They stay available for past visits without implying that they operate today. Pair this list with Disney Adventure World for the other half of your Paris ride collection.

Before your visit, plan bookings and logistics with the Disney vacation checklist and use the Disney packing checklist for what to bring.

Who it's for

Visitors planning Disneyland Park in Paris, families comparing local ride requirements, and returning fans collecting experiences across Disney destinations.

How to use

  1. Check the experiences you have already tried, then save your checklist to keep your progress.
  2. Use the table fields to compare the experiences that interest you. Open a name for its description and additional details.
  3. Keep completed visits separate from future plans: a tick records an experience you have done, not a reservation or a live operating status.
  4. Choose Save & Compare to create a group with friends or family. Everyone updates their own checklist, so you can compare progress without changing each other’s answers.
  5. Return to your saved checklist after your visit and check off your new experiences. Keep earlier completions when an attraction closes or is replaced.

Disneyland Paris Rides Checklist Frequently Asked Questions

Does this cover both Disneyland Paris parks?

No. It covers Disneyland Park, the castle park. Disney Adventure World, the resort’s second park, has a separate checklist so rides from the two parks are not mixed together.

Is the Indiana Jones ride in Paris a dark ride?

Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril is a mine-cart roller coaster with an inversion. It is different from the expedition-vehicle Indiana Jones rides in California and Tokyo DisneySea.

Are Star Tours and Hyperspace Mountain the same experience?

No. Star Tours uses a motion cabin and 3D film, while Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain is a launched indoor coaster. Each has its own entry and requirements.

Should I check off every Disneyland Railroad station?

The railroad is one checklist entry. Stations are boarding points for that experience, not separate rides to count several times.

Can I track retired Disneyland Paris rides?

Yes. The retired canoe, keelboat, Old Mill wheel and original Star Tours entries let you retain earlier visits. Use their status to distinguish those memories from current trip options.
