Check out door security lights work at night - over garage (motion sensor), entry steps (on dusk to dawn), beach porch (motion sensor).
Monitor humidity/musty smells in beach suite. Not sure how best to remedy this besides running AC or placing a dehumidifier but just something to not let get too far.
Observe evidence of roaches/termites or other insects in the house. Treat as needed. Marnie left some small injector tubes of really great cockroach killer in Owner's Closet you just place a small line of in hidden places.
Check shower heads for "stuck nozzles". They just need a little squeeze with water flowing through.
Check under all sink cabinets (kitchen and baths) for any seepage or leaks from supply lines or supply line valves.
Walk through the house and be sure everything is working, nothing is leaking, message us about anything that needs to be repaired or upgraded.
Check all A/C Unit Remotes and garage door openers are functioning. Reprogram if necessary.
Check A/C filters in all three floors (five locations) – clean if necessary (actually clean at least once per quarter, Andy recommended monthly, but only if in heavy use). Paul can do this.
Check Dryer Vent and KEEP CLEANED OUT! Last dryer repair was expensive!!
Check all light bulbs, and replace any that are burned out. Preferred replacement, when needed: SOFT WHITE LED
Run Dishwashers on High Heat Rinse cycle only (are they draining?)
Make sure nothing is piled up in garage (no old boxes, no guest leftovers, no recyclables, etc.)
Check water filters in Well pump
WD-40 locks including kayak lock
Water plants if it’s dry.
Take any used propane tanks to get refilled at BIP.
Have any dimmer switches fallen off? Replace and use glue if necessary.
