CHECK-OUT BASICS
Look for damage that needs to be charged back to guest or repaired, or anything that is starting to look shabby. Report ANY findings to Marnie, INCLUDING if place looks good! Please report ASAP!!
Be sure all keys & remotes are accounted for! Keys are in all four lockboxes, garage remotes are on each floor, remote controls for TVs are by proper TV, and keys for kayaks/gate are in gift basket container. This is a good time to verify TVs are still set to our accounts if you have time: Amazon, Netflix, Disney+
Put glasses, bowls, pots and pans back on their proper floor if multi-floor rental (see website for photos)
Unless guests are coming the same or next day: bring in hammocks (1776), pillows, and white chairs
If cleaning has already been done, verify fridge is clean and unplugged. If not, Cleaning will take groceries and unplug.
Replace Water bottles that are used up by calling water delivery (Skye +504 244 3308), or at nearby pulperia or location of your choice. There should be 12 full bottles in house (three per floor, three in garage). Paul is happy to help with this for a small tip (we pay)
Be sure kayaks & dock pillows were put away properly, nothing is broken and door is locked.
Be sure Refillable Aegis Bug Spray bottles didn't get tossed. Find or replace and refill.
Check Propane at BBQs and get refilled if low or empty
UNLESS it is a very nice, mostly full bug spray or sunscreen - get rid of junk guests leave in the suites! Don’t keep guest leftovers in the garage – just toss it, donate it, or keep it yourself.
