• Check for signs of water damage or leaks.

• Water heater is in working order.
• Electric pump is operating properly.
• Heater and thermostat are in working order.
• Converter works properly.
• All lights and accessories are functional.
• Wiring appears safe.
• Sink(s) drain properly.
• Toilet works properly.
• Shower works, drains properly.
• Check for signs of propane leaks.
• Windows and doors open and close properly.
• Entry door latch is in safe working order.
• Check overall condition of the roof.

Test Drive

• The engine starts easily.
• Wipers function properly.
• Headlights and turn signals work properly.
• Horn works.
• Radio is functional.
• Gauges and indicators are working properly.
• Engine is running smoothly, has sufficient power and doesn't make excessive noise.
• Brakes operate smoothly.
• Transmission shifts smoothly and there is no excessive noiseAll positions work.
• There is no exhaust noise or odor.
• The wheel is centered.
• Check the windshield condition.

After Test Drive

• Check hubs for excessive heat.
• Check for radiator leaks, levels.
