Checklist offers 3 pricing plans. The first one is Free regardless of the number of users on the plan. For the other plans, we charge a monthly fee per user depending on the plan selected, the currency and duration. Each month, we calculate the maximum number of users in your organization. If you have exceeded your purchased plan, we will charge for additional user based on the monthly plan rate.
Here is a brief explanation for each plan:
  • Free. For people who are looking for a checklist app
  • Pro. For business wishing to automate their repeatable business processes
  • Enterprise. For larger companies with more compliance, integration or security requirements
We accept Visa, Mastercard, & American Express. Enterprise user with more than 100 users can pay via wire transfer. Please contact support.
You can always make changes to your plan. We will re-calculate your monthly fee and put any existing credit towards the new plan or make an additional charge for the difference. Changes take place immediately.
A user is counted for each invited member to a team. Users are counted throughout the month and the highest number during that month is used to calculate the monthly fee.
You can start your 14 day free trial by registering (Free). Once logged in, go to the Checklist Pro app and create your organization. You can then add as many teams and users as you like. You have 14 days to use the Pro level afterwhich you will have to upgrade or the account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
If you subscribe to the Pro plan, we will be happy to help you get started. Simply send us one of the checklists (or processes) you wish to use Checklist Pro for. We will review it and provide you with helpful tips on how to get started. For more complex businesses, we can help you with more dedicated consulting services. Contact us for more details.
