Hospitality Trainer (Hotels)

We are looking for a writer with experience in hospitality training & management to help us develop checklists for the industry. You will be responsible for developing, using our innovative platform, the following material:

  • Checklists
  • Standard Operating Procedures
  • Standard Job descriptions
  • Online marketing assets
  • Newsletters

You will be responsible for setting up a new section on our website dedicated to the hospitality market. After the initial setup, you will further develop the section on a regular basis.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality training and management (Hotels)
  • Experience in developing training material
  • Extensive knowledge of the full range of hospitality (e.g. Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverages etc.)
  • Excellent Native English writing skills
  • Formal degree from a hospitality school
  • This is a work-from-home position. You should have a comfortable home office environment
  • Attention to detail. Our users demand accuracy
  • Expertise in writing Search Engine friendly content, web analytics and social media
  • Great bonus: SEO expertise
