Baby Bag Checklist

The Essentials

• 2-4 spare diapers.
• Diaper wipes.
• Plastic bags for used diapers/dirty clothes.
• 1-2 changes of clothes for baby.
• Formula / bottles (if not nursing).
• Any prescription medication.

The Extras

• Extra formula - or powder and water.
• Extra pacifier (keep clean in a baggie).
• Burp cloth.
• Sweater or coat for baby.
• No-spill cup/bottle or a juice box.
• Pacifier and holder.
• Bib.
• Hat.
• Blanket for warmth or nursing privacy.
• Children's acetaminophen.
• Small package of facial tissues.
• Camera.
• Photos/brag book.
• Toys/books.
• Snacks for baby and you.

For mom

• Clean shirt (in case of poop explosions, spitup, etc)
• Breastpads.
• Bottle of water.
• Cell phone.
